This page explains how to delete the data VibeMyAd holds about you, including advertising data accessed from connected Meta accounts.
VibeMyAd is operated by IDEON INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED, 616, Galleria Tower, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon, Haryana 122011, India.
You have two ways to remove the Meta platform data we hold.
In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select VibeMyAd, and click Remove. This immediately revokes our access so we can make no further calls to your account. To also have the Meta platform data we already hold deleted, including Pages, Instagram content and performance metrics, email us using Option 2 below and we will complete deletion within 30 days.
Send a request to rahul@vibemyad.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address on your VibeMyAd account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
To delete your account and all associated data, not just the Meta connection, email rahul@vibemyad.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address on your VibeMyAd account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Deleting your account also deletes all connected Meta platform data within 30 days.
We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and completed, and any information we are required to retain by law or for tax and accounting purposes. These records contain no Meta platform data.
Note: This does not affect data stored on Meta/Facebook's own servers. To manage that data, visit your Facebook App Settings.
